1. The right of admission is reserved.

2. The Auctioneer shall have at any time, the right to stop the Auction, withdraw a lor or lots, or part of a lot without providing a reason.

3. The Buyer shall be the highest bidder. Should any dispute arise between two or more bidders, the lot or lots shall be put in again and re-sold or the Auctioneer may declare the Buyer.

4. Lots may be grouped or any lot may be divided at the discration of the Auctioneer providing that the Buyers have no objection thereto.

5. Goods are sold "voetstoots". No claims will be considered for incorrect description, or any other grounds whatsoever. No guarantees will begiven in this regard. Buyers are therefor advised to inspect the lot(s) prior to the commencement of the sale.

6. The representative of the Seller shall have the right if necessary to stop the auction or withdraw any lot or lots if satisfactory prices are not obtained, or to sell any lot or lots provisionally, subject to confirmation within 48 hours.

7. The Buyer may attend either personally or be represented to supervise the loading of goods, provided relevant invoices are produced. Loading is the sole risk of the Buyer.

8. My Auction is prepared to execute bids on behalf of the purchaser, if instructed to do so.

9. Buyers are not allowed to enter into any transactions on the premises for the re-sale of any goods purchased at the sale.

10. As soon as a lot has been knocked down, ownership asn risk shall pass to the Buyer an no complaints will be considered thereafter.

11. No lots purchased may be removed until the close of the sale. The release of any lots purchased will only be given upon presentation of My Auction Invoice.

12. The Seller (Auctioneer) is under no obligation to provide assistance with the loading or removal of goods purchased.

13. Buyers, their representatives and workman, their vechiles and equipment are permitted on the premises at their own risk and the Seller (Auctioneer) assumes no responsibility for the safety of their property.

14. All lots must be removed by the Buyer within 1 (one) day after the auction. Only the Seller may extend this period at their discretion.

15. The Buyer shall be responsible to pay storage costs for any goods not removed within the specified period, at the tariff by My Auction.

16. If the Buyer fails to take possession of the goods within the time specified herein, the Seller has the right to without any further communications, confiscate and dispose of the goods as the deem fit, without any reimbursement to the Buyer.

17. The sale is subject to payment of VAT unless otherwise specified by the Auctioneer.

18. Payment shall be accepted by My Auction in:
* Cash,
* Credit Card (no American Express & Dinners Club),
* Electronic transfers,
* or Bank guaranteed cheque.

19. All payments to be made within 24 hours after conclusion of the auction

20. Should the Buyer fail to make payment and/or vollect goods purchased within the specified time, My Auction has the right to without further communication, cancel the sale and re-sell or dispose of goods as seen fit, without any reimbursement to the Buyer.
